  • Property Price $1M-2M: Engagement Fee: $1,500, Success Fee: $5,000, Total: $6,500
  • Property Price >$2.5M: Engagement Fee: $1,500, Success Fee: $7,000, Total: $8,500

  • Fixed fee per property
